Warranty

§1. General information
  • The guarantor of quality is KRL Group Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. 3 Maja 22B, 55-200 Oława, Poland, NIP 9121947599, REGON 523493898.
  • The company provides a quality warranty for the products it offers under the following terms.
  • This warranty is granted independently of the consumer’s statutory rights regarding non-conformity of goods with the contract. Exercising the warranty does not exclude or limit the right to pursue claims against the seller for non-conformity of goods with the contract.
  • The warranty terms apply to the extent that they are not contrary to applicable national or European law.
  • A condition for exercising the warranty is the presentation of proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or payment confirmation).
§2. Scope of warranty
  • The warranty covers physical defects of products resulting from causes inherent in the material, design or workmanship.
  • The warranty does not cover:
    1. damage resulting from improper use, maintenance or installation,
    2. mechanical damage, scratches, soiling and normal wear and tear,
    3. damage resulting from repairs carried out by unauthorized persons,
    4. software changes introduced after sale by third parties,
    5. free-of-charge products (e.g. promotional items, gifts).
  • The performance of warranty services (e.g. repair or replacement) does not result in an extension or renewal of the warranty period.
§3. Warranty period
  • The warranty period is 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase, as indicated on the proof of purchase.
  • In the case of used products, the warranty period may be reduced to 12 months.
  • If, during the warranty period, defects not caused by the user are revealed, KRL Group Sp. z o.o. undertakes – at its own discretion – to:
    1. product repairs,
    2. replacement of the product with a new or technically equivalent one,
    3. or, if the above proves impossible, a refund of the product value in accordance with the purchase price.
§4. Warranty claim procedure
  • Before sending the product under warranty, the Customer should contact:

  • The product should be delivered to the following address:
    1. KRL gaming art, ul. 3 Maja 22B, 55-200 Oława, Poland
      with the note “Complaint – warranty”.
  • The goods should be properly packed and secured against damage during transport.
  • The Guarantor considers the claim within up to 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product.
  • After repair or replacement, the product will be returned to the Customer at the Guarantor’s expense.
§5. Warranty transfer
  • In the event of selling the product to a third party, the warranty may be transferred provided that the original proof of purchase is transferred together with the product.
§6. Final provisions
  • This warranty does not affect, limit, or exclude the buyer’s rights arising from statutory provisions on the non-conformity of goods with the contract.
  • In matters not regulated by this warranty, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable provisions of European Union law and the law of the Republic of Poland shall apply.
