§I. General provisions
- The online store available at https://gamingart.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”) is operated by KRL Group Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Oława, ul. 3 Maja 22B, 55-200 Oława, entered into the National Court Register under number 0001144098, Tax ID (NIP): 9121947973, REGON: 540411038, share capital fully paid: PLN 6,000.00; e-mail: contact@gamingart.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, in particular: placing orders, concluding and performing sales contracts, available payment methods, liability, and dispute resolution procedures.
- These Terms and Conditions are addressed to consumers, entrepreneurs with consumer rights, and entrepreneurs within the meaning of the Civil Code. Provisions concerning consumers shall apply accordingly to entrepreneurs with consumer rights.

- Customer – a natural person (including a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights), a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, making a purchase in the Store.
- Account – a free functionality (electronic service) under which the Customer’s data and order history are stored.
- Product/Goods – a movable item offered by the Seller, in particular desks, chairs and accessories (often handmade and/or made to individual order).
- Business days – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
- To use the Store, the following are required: a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari), an active e-mail account, and enabled cookies (to the extent necessary for the operation of the service).
- Products in the Store may be:
- prefabricated
- handmade and/or manufactured according to the Customer’s specifications (e.g. dimensions, finishes, materials).
- All prices are gross (including VAT). Some prices do not include delivery costs, which are indicated separately during the order process.
- The information on the website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract. Availability may be limited, and delivery times are indicative and depend, among other things, on current production.
- Orders can be placed:
- via the website gamingart.eu,
- individual (custom) orders – via e-mail: contact@gamingart.eu.
- Online procedure:
- The Customer selects the Product and its parameters, adds it to the cart, enters the required data, and chooses the delivery and payment method,
- before placing the order, the Customer confirms that they have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy,
- after submitting the order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming its receipt,
- the conclusion of the sales contract occurs when the Customer receives a second e-mail from the Seller confirming acceptance of the order for processing / confirmation of the conclusion of the contract (Article 66¹ of the Civil Code).
- In the case of individual orders, the Seller may require a deposit/prepayment and confirm an individual completion date.
- If completion within the indicative timeframe proves impossible, the Seller shall immediately inform the Customer and:
- proposes a new deadline,
- or immediately refunds all received payments – at the Customer’s choice.

SWIFT: WBKPPLPP - Please include the order number in the transfer title. Failure to make the payment within the specified time may result in cancellation of the order (excluding cash on delivery orders).
- Delivery rules and timeframes (including DPD and RABEN carriers, delivery to the first obstacle for items over 1600 mm), personal pickup, shipment inspection with the courier, the possibility of changes before dispatch, and the sales document are described in detail in the “Delivery and returns” section.
- The right to withdraw from the contract (30 days) and exceptions for non-prefabricated/custom-made items are described in the “Delivery and returns” section.
- The Store does not accept cash on delivery shipments for returns – details and costs are provided in the “Delivery and returns” section.
§8. Complaints (statutory warranty)
- The Seller’s liability for non-conformity of goods with the contract towards consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights, the complaint submission procedure, the 14-day response period, costs and transport, and colour differences resulting from monitor settings are described in the “Complaints” section.
- Rules for entrepreneurs (who are not entrepreneurs with consumer rights) are also described in the “Complaints” section.
- The terms of the voluntary warranty provided by KRL Group Sp. z o.o. (scope, exclusions, procedure, 24-month period, contact details) are described in the “Warranty” section.
- The warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend rights arising from the non-conformity of goods with the contract (statutory warranty).
- The Seller provides electronic services enabling Customers to browse the offer, place orders, and optionally create an Account.
- The agreement for the provision of electronic services is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated by the Customer at any time by deleting the Account or ceasing to use the services.
- The Seller may block the Account in the event of a serious violation of the law or the Terms and Conditions, after prior notice to cease the violations, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
- Complaints regarding electronic services may be submitted to the e-mail address contact@gamingart.eu; the Seller will respond within 14 days.
- The administrator of Customers’ personal data is KRL Group Sp. z o.o.
- Data are processed in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data – for purposes related to order processing, account and inquiry handling, and – with consent – for marketing purposes.

- Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude and perform the contract.
- All content in the Store (descriptions, photos, designs, graphics, trademarks) is protected by law and constitutes the property of the Seller or the respective rights holders.
- Copying or using them without prior consent is prohibited, except for permitted use provided for by law.
- The Seller is not liable for:
- interruptions in the operation of the Store caused by force majeure, failures, or unauthorized interference by third parties,
- blocking of e-mail messages by mail filters or server administrators on the Customer’s side.
- This does not exclude the Seller’s liability towards consumers arising from mandatory provisions of law.
- The consumer may use ADR (e.g. mediation at the Trade Inspection) and the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
- The use of ADR/ODR is voluntary
- The Seller may amend the Terms and Conditions for important legal, organizational, or technological reasons.
- Agreements concluded before the amendment of the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the agreement was concluded.
- We inform about changes by publishing a new version on the Store’s website and, in the case of Account holders, also by e-mail.
- The presence of a Product in the Store means that an order can be placed; the shipping time depends on the rules specified in the “Delivery and returns” section and for the given Product.
- In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code, the Act on Consumer Rights, and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
- These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 10.11.2025.
