    Having been stuck at home like many during this pandemic for not far off a year, it means I am spending so much time sat for hours which was very different from my old job. The numb bum and aches and pains in shoulders were very real! I had been thinking of just a desk mounted stand but soon decided that as we are likely to be stuck at home a lot longer yet, I would invest more and get something really decent, as even the desk top ones are quite pricey. My partner and I assembled the desk (mainly him to be honest :) We wanted to ensure we followed the instructions carefully so we took our time and I would say took around 1 hour. The instructions are very well written, even I could understand them. The feel of the desk is so nice and good quality. Even on standing with the desk elevated over 1 metre, the desk is still very steady and sturdy and feels very good quality. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone. Delivery was also nearly one week earlier than communicated, so means I could get it in position sooner. Very very happy with this purchase and looking forward to better circulation and no more numb bum.

    The load on the desk depends mainly on the thickness of the top and the weight distribution:
    18mm thick table top: From 60kg to 140kg
    36mm thick table top: From 100kg to 220kg

If a device which is identical in all respects is no longer available, we are entitled to replace it with a technically equivalent device.
