When can I expect the delivery of my order?
The estimated delivery and fulfillment date is provided in the order confirmation. Once the shipment is dispatched by the courier, you will receive a message with the tracking number. -
I received only one package, what does this mean?
Shipments consisting of multiple packages are always sent as a complete set, but sometimes they may be separated in the courier's transfer warehouses. The second package should arrive on the next business day. If it does not, please contact us. -
Why does the desk weight in the order show x, while the courier information states 50 kg?
The shipment weight in the system is preliminarily set and is indicative. The actual weight is as stated in the order confirmation. -
Shipping and pickup of large desks
Desks longer than 1600 mm are delivered by the courier company RABEN. Couriers deliver the desk to the specified address only.
Carrying the desk inside is the recipient’s responsibility and, due to its size, requires assistance from another person. -
What is the shipping time?
The shipping time is provided in the order confirmation and usually ranges from 5 to 7 business days. -
Can I order a desk with delayed delivery or delivery on a specified date?
Yes, please include this information in the order notes. -
Does the courier deliver the package to the house?
Yes – shipments are sent via DPD courier (for tabletops up to 160 cm wide).
No – shipments are sent via RABEN courier (over 160 cm, shipped on a pallet).

Can I change the placement of accessories on the tabletop differently than in the visualization?
Yes. Please describe the new placement of accessories in the product notes and/or attach a diagram with dimensions to the order. -

Can I order a desk in different dimensions?
Of course, this is possible. You can create your own desk in the "Custom size" section. You can also send us an individual inquiry by email or phone. -
What is the maximum permissible load of the desk?
The tabletop load depends on its thickness and the selected frame. It is assumed that a 18 mm thick tabletop has a load capacity of about 80 kg, and a 36 mm thick tabletop has a load capacity of about 100 kg. The load must be evenly distributed.

Will the tabletop get damaged if I hit it hard due to emotions?
Our tabletops are made of solid, laminated furniture board with high durability. Under normal use, the risk of damage from impact is very low. -
Is the desk tabletop matte or glossy?
All of our tabletops have a semi-matte finish. -
What is the cutout size on the Ergo and Aero desktops?
AERO - approx. 6 cm, ERGO - approx. 3 cm. -
Do you have top-view drawings/plans of the tabletops?
Top-view drawings of the tabletops are located in the "Types of Tabletops" category, visible for each model. -
The ergonomic tabletop has chamfered rear corners. Is it possible to make it without these chamfers (straight)?
Yes, it is enough to describe it in the product notes. -
Does the tabletop come in one piece?
All tabletops up to 200 cm arrive in one piece, except for selected corner desk models. -
Could I request sending the actual colors of the tabletops?

I cannot select a tabletop depth greater than 80 cm
This depth is predefined as the maximum possible for shipping; nevertheless, we do handle custom projects. Please contact us by email. -
What material are the desktops made of and what is their finish?
The desktops are made of solid chipboard, coated on both sides with PE veneer resistant to scratches. The ABS edges we use for the desktops are 2 mm thick.

What functions does the controller in the electric frame have?
In general, the controller is used to store and adjust the height of the desk frame. Frames with a controller usually also feature an anti-collision system – the desk stops immediately when it encounters an obstacle. Each frame has a different controller, so we recommend reviewing the information for the specific frame model. -
How to perform a frame reset?
The procedure is most often performed by holding the down arrow until the desk height appears on the display. (The desk should lower to the lowest position, slightly bounce, which indicates that the procedure was completed correctly). The procedure is also included in the frame manual. -
The manual is unreadable, how do I assemble this?

The electric frame is behaving strangely, what should I do?

What are the dimensions of the frame foot?

Does the electric frame wobble?
The stability of the electric frame decreases as its height increases. An exception are the Elegant series frames due to their frame construction.

Does the wireless charger work with every phone?
The wireless charger works only with phones that support wireless charging. This information should be checked in the phone’s specifications. -
What color range and how many colors does the LED lighting have?
The LED lighting features an RGB color palette, allowing you to achieve any color and shade. -
Is it possible to change the placement of the equipment?
The equipment is installed by default according to the reference image, but its placement can be changed. Please specify the name of the element and its desired location in the order notes. -
Where can I find the dimensions and information about accessories and frames?

Are cable holders or cable trays installed in the desk?
Cable holders are included with the aluminum grommet, while cable trays are available in the "Accessories" section. -
What is the distance of the accessories from the back edge?

Where is the strip mounted under the tabletop?
The strip is normally mounted in the center of the tabletop, near the cable grommet (if one has been selected). -
Does the power strip have surge protection?
Yes, the power strip has such protection. -
My LED lighting is not working.

How to reset the LED sets?
LED Set Re-Pairing Instructions:
Check the remote – the POWER button should light up red.
If it lights up, unpair the strip: connect it to the power and press POWER + BRIGHT - on the remote – the strip should flash.
Then pair the remote: disconnect the strip for 10 seconds, reconnect it, and press BRIGHT - + COLOR - – the strip should change color.
Note: Perform this procedure with only one strip at a time; all others must be disconnected from power.
