Delivery and returns

§1. Order processing and shipment
  • Orders placed in the KRL gaming art store are fulfilled within the territory of Poland via courier companies or by personal collection at the company’s registered office.
  • The delivery time of products is usually 1–2 business days from the date of dispatch (after payment confirmation or selection of the cash on delivery option).
  • Products are shipped:
    1. up to a width of 1600 mm – via the DPD courier service,
    2. over 1600 mm – via the RABEN courier service.
  • Delivery is carried out to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order. The KRL gaming art store shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver the shipment resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • Upon receipt of the shipment, the Customer should – where possible – check the condition of the packaging and the goods in the presence of the courier. If any damage is noticed, it is recommended to refuse acceptance of the shipment or to draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier, which will facilitate the handling of a transport-related complaint.
  • Desks with a width exceeding 1600 mm are delivered by RABEN to the first obstacle (e.g. staircase door, gate, curb). Due to the size of the product, assistance from a second person is required for carrying it inside.
  • Changes regarding shipment or cancellation of an order are possible until it is dispatched – after prior contact with the Store at: contact@gamingart.eu
  • The Customer may not cancel an order that has already been dispatched.
  • Each order is accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice), provided in paper or electronic form.
§2. Withdrawal from the contract (Return of goods)
  • A Customer who is a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where:
    1. the product was made to the Customer’s special order (e.g. non-standard desk dimensions, individual selection of materials, colors, design, etc.),
    2. or by e-mail at the following address: contact@gamingart.eu
  • In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should submit a declaration of withdrawal – in written or electronic form – and send it to the following address:
    1. by post: KRL gaming art, ul. 3 Maja 22B, 55-200 Oława, Poland
    2. the product is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Customer’s specifications or intended to meet the Customer’s individual needs (in accordance with Article 38(3) of the Consumer Rights Act)
  • The returned goods must be sent back without delay, but no later than within 30 days from the date of submitting the declaration of withdrawal.
  • The product should be returned in an unchanged and complete condition, without signs of use, in its original or otherwise secure packaging.
  • The Store shall refund the payment within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods or proof of their return – whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to a different refund method.
  • The cost of returning the goods to the Store shall be borne by the Customer. The Store does not accept cash on delivery shipments.
  • In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Store shall not refund the cost of the original delivery of the goods if the Customer selected a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by the Store.
§3. Returns and quality control
  • Upon receipt of the return, the Store inspects the product for completeness and absence of signs of use.
  • If the goods meet the requirements specified above, the refund will be processed within up to 30 days.
  • If damage or signs of use are identified that prevent the goods from being resold, the Store may refuse to accept the return or reduce the refunded amount – in accordance with Article 34(4) of the Consumer Rights Act.
